**The Company**
A global leader of digital technologies who provides digital learning to both International Schools K - 12, Public Libraries and Universities, requires a talented Sales Support Person to join their Sydney team on a part-time ongoing contract, 16 hours per week Tuesday to Friday.
**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Director of Sales you will be calling an existing database of schools, libraries and universities to offer a free trial or webinar for their 5 online interactive products. You will spend your time calling your way through the list, making notes on the CRM system of the correct contact details of each decision maker and their understanding of their future years' learning program.
**Key Skills**
- Articulate phone manner with clear English speaking skills and EITHER Vietnamese or Cantonese language skills
- Ability to enter correct data into Salesforce
- Proven track record in meeting KPI's
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build good rapport and relationships with teachers and librarians
- Strong organisation skills and ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
**About you**
- You will be fluent in either Vietnamese or Cantonese with clear English speaking skills.
- You are comfortable picking up the phone and being able to book a free trial or webinar with teachers or librarians in South-East Asian schools, introducing the product and company, and recording correct contact details.
