Overview
Senior Graphic Designer — Jainam Broking Limited is looking for a visually-driven, innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You'll be responsible for taking complex ideas and turning them into high-impact visual stories across digital and print platforms. From conceptualizing brand identities to executing pixel-perfect digital ads, your work will define how our audience sees us.
Responsibilities
1. Visual Storytelling: Design original content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral that aligns with brand guidelines.
2. Brand Evolution: Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity systems, including typography, color palettes, and iconography.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Copywriting, and Product teams to translate strategic goals into effective creative solutions.
4. Project Management: Manage multiple projects from initial mood boards to final production-ready assets, ensuring all deadlines are met.
5. Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of design trends, new tools, and industry best practices to keep our creative output fresh and competitive.
Qualifications & Skills
6. Experience: 4+ years of professional design experience (Agency or In-house).
7. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, and color theory.
8. Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Sketch is a major plus.
9. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of prepress requirements for print and optimization standards for digital/web.
10. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback with a "growth mindset."
