Asset Management Integration Manager
The role of the Asset Management Integration Manager is to ensure alignment between the organisation and NSW Health's Asset Management Framework.
Key responsibilities include overseeing asset management services, implementing and reviewing Asset Management Plans (SAMP & AMP), ensuring effective budget management, and collaborating with the asset management team in developing and maintaining asset management systems.
This involves integrating state-wide projects and providing strategic guidance to meet FWLHD's asset management objectives. The role requires working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver quality results.
A strong understanding of risk management and asset condition management is essential, as well as experience in strategic asset management planning, quality maintenance procedures, and lifecycle modelling. Proficiency in ICT management systems related to asset management is also required.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in asset data management and analysis, with the ability to run, reconcile, and manipulate significant amounts of asset data to produce meaningful reports for senior executives.
