We are seeking a skilled and passionate Culinary Expert to join our team at our Tops Conference Centre, situated in 200 acres of stunning bushland.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals that meet diverse dietary needs. You will maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards in line with our strict protocols.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to various dietary requirements
* Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
* Manage inventory rotation and food storage effectively
* Contribute to a positive team environment and enhance the guest experience
About Your Qualifications:
* Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent culinary experience
* Prioritize efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Experience working with special diets and ensuring food safety compliance
* Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
