What You'll Be Doing
* Establish, maintain, and protect survey control networks.
* Manage conformance reporting, deviation analysis, and QA documentation.
* Lead and mentor junior surveyors while liaising closely with engineers and project managers.
* QA and mapping workflows.
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Surveying / Geomatics / Geospatial Engineering.
* Knowledge of 12d & 12d Field.
* Ability to work as a team and independently.
* Proven leadership and client management experience.
* A proactive, detail-focused approach to quality and safety.
