Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Network Technician. The Network Technician will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure a secure and reliable connection for clients. Daily tasks include troubleshooting network issues, configuring hardware and software, monitoring network performance, providing technical support, and documenting network activities. The role also involves collaborating with team members to enhance network strategies and ensure system security.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Networking including network design, configuration, and troubleshootingExperience with system security protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practicesProficiency in installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and softwareAbility to conduct network monitoring and performance analysisExcellent problem-solving skills and technical support expertiseEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesRelevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are highly beneficialFamiliarity with enterprise network systems and cloud technologies is a plusBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field preferred
