The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled RedHatPAM (Process Automation Manager) Engineer to join our growing delivery team. This role focuses on enterprise‐scale automation projects that impact customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end‐to‐end process automation using RedHatPAM and BPMN2.0 standards.
• Deploy and manage processes on RedHatOpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Work across the full SDLC, including unit testing and production deployment.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement BPM solutions.
• Provide installation, administration, and configuration of RedHatBPM Suite environments.
• Collaborate in Agile teams using JIRA and Confluence.

Skills & Experience Required

• 6+ years of experience in RedHatPAM (Process Automation Manager).
• Strong BPMN2.0 and DMN (Decision Model and Notation) experience.
• Solid Java development and PostgreSQL / SQL database skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and RedHatOpenShift.
• Exposure to Linux environments, and working knowledge of Python and UI development.
• Experience deploying production‐ready solutions in Banking or Networking technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
• Prior experience working with large‐scale, customer‐facing IT solutions.
