We are currently recruiting multiple AO3 Administration positions throughout Brisbane (suburb and city locations) within different departments. These are contract positions paying $50.37 + Super P/H. Full time hours on a casual contract.
About The Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our busy departments to provide high level administration support. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Provide high levels of administration support to the team and all senior managers.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers to help support team cohesion
- Data entry, audit and compliance support
- Undertake any other duties as are reasonably within the limits of the employee's skills, competence and training.
- Deliver excellent frontline customer service and display initiative to resolve problems in a dynamic business workplace.
Successful Candidate
- Previous experience within administration/business support/executive support work
- Previous Government Experience
- Deliver strong verbal communication skills, in particular communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
- Maintain high level attention to detail to ensure that the work produced is accurate.
- Consistently meet deadlines.
