Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the FMCG and consumer products market
* Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate leads
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales members
* Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM system
* Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the FMCG / consumer products sector
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
About You
* Professional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
* Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new people
* Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration, or exposure to FMCG / consumer products is advantageous but not essential
