You will be adept at nurturing business relationships and have the technical tax expertise and the passion to mentor and grow other members of the tax team.Key Responsibilities:Work with a diverse portfolio of clients in modern industries, providing high-level tax accounting and advisory servicesResponsibility for tax accounting engagements with complex scenarios & regular finance meetings with clientsWork alongside with a team of over 5 experienced tax accountants and managersReview & provide detailed feedback on your team member's workConduct some accounting, taxation and business advisory research and technical advice work for clientsSome preparation work might be necessary for A level clientsDevelop and implement strategies to help manage risk & team development for the business services divisionEnsure exceptional client service standards across the team and maintain strong client relationshipsStay up to date with industry trends and regulatory change in tax & practice managementRequirements:8+ years of experience in public practice, with at least 2 years at a supervising/managerial levelWell-developed technical skills in tax and accounting for group structuresIdeally top 100 CA firm and/or additional commercial exposureAdvanced experience with Xero and app ecosystemWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary packageClear career progression opportunityOnline working arrangementsOngoing professional development and trainingCollaborative and supportive work environmentHow we workWe're a high-growth distributed company and we work together online to make great things happen.
