As a Service Management Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing service management solutions that meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement enterprise service management solutions
2. Manage ESM projects from planning to execution and monitoring
3. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
4. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise service management or a related field
2. Demonstrated experience in designing and managing ESM projects
3. Strong knowledge of enterprise service management platforms and related technologies
4. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
5. Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
2. Relevant certifications in ESM platforms are a plus
3. Experience developing data models such as configuration management databases and using IaC (Terraform) and Git (Gitlab)
4. Experience working in an operational environment within ICT management frameworks such as ITIL
