Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
About the role
We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join a multinational wholesale/distribution organisation and help drive strategic decision‑making through insightful analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver actionable insights through financial, commercial, and data analysis.
* Partner with key stakeholders across the business to provide tools, analysis, and recommendations that challenge thinking and support strategy.
* Manage the weekly 20‑week cash flow forecast.
* Conduct scenario modelling and market feasibility reviews for new business development projects.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings to senior leadership.
* Collect and interpret data from multiple sources, including ERP systems and business records.
Requirements
* A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
* 2‑4 years' experience in an analytical or financial role.
* Strong skills in financial reporting, controls, and statistical data analysis.
* High‑level numerical reasoning and problem‑solving ability.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for senior stakeholders.
* Project management experience and a track record of supporting process improvements.
