People and Culture Director
The role of People and Culture Director is a strategic leadership position that involves developing and implementing people and culture strategies to drive organisational excellence.
This requires providing high-level advice on people, culture and change management issues to the Executive team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organisational transformation and representing the organisation in forums related to human resources transformation and other people, culture and safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, strategy and change management and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
