In this role, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of approx. 100 residential properties with the support of the property management team.
Specifically:
• Coordinating inspections with our Assistant Property Manager
• Cultivating strong relationships with tenants and owners, ensuring consistent 5-star client experiences
• Actively resolving concerns raised by owners and tenants for smooth, amicable solutions
• Managing landlords and tenants, ensuring both parties meet their obligations
• Conducting entries & exits
• Liaising with contractors
• Have a keen eye for detail

Skills & Experience:
A can–do attitude and strong work ethic are at the top of our clients "wish list" - we are looking for a team player Additionally, we are looking for someone with:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & time management skills
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Property Management
• Impeccable personal presentation
• A current QLD registration certificate Is required
• Experience with QCAT process - desirable
• Experience using Property Me – desirable
