Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Parts Dispatch / Store Person to join our high-performing team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position involving dispatch, store organisation, customer support, and general parts operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The role involves:
* Responding to customer requests for parts sales and service
* Receiving and dispatching parts accurately and efficiently
* Carrying out parts deliveries and collections, including organising daily parts runs
* Maintaining organized storage and accurate location of parts
* Liaising with the workshop regarding onsite parts, expected arrivals, and urgent requirements
* Assisting with parts interpreting when required
* Conducting Air Liquide transactions, deliveries and collections
* Completing rolling stocktakes
* Accurately recording sales transactions in internal administration systems
* Supporting the Parts Manager with stock control, dispatch tasks, and general duties
