Job Title: Customer Service Representative
This role involves answering inbound calls in relation to general enquiries for credit/debit card. The primary responsibilities include providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues that may arise with clients' accounts or services, which could range from account discrepancies to technical difficulties with online banking platforms.
Responsibilities
* Supporting customers with enquiries, from transactions to security concerns
* Delivering empathetic, accurate, and compliant banking information
* Troubleshooting issues and providing clear, confident solutions
* Escalating complex matters to specialist teams when needed
* Keeping detailed, accurate records to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Contributing to ongoing improvements in banking processes and service delivery
Qualifications
* Exceptional communication and relationship‐building skills
* A problem‐solver's mindset and a genuine passion for helping people
* Confidence navigating computer systems and learning new banking tools
* Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
