The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized receptionist who will represent our clinic with professionalism and warmth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will play an important part in ensuring our front‑of‑house operations run smoothly.
Your week will include:
* A nine‑day fortnight (every second Friday off)
* Greeting clients and managing incoming calls
* Coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting our clinical team with daily administrative and operational tasks
* Assisting with stock management, merchandising, ordering and receiving stock.
* Working within a supportive team that values clear communication and reliability
About You
We are seeking someone with proven reception / administration skills who brings professionalism, maturity, and strong interpersonal skills to the role.
You will be someone who is:
* A genuine people‑person with a positive, approachable manner
* Reliable and Dependable
* Confident and professional in communication
* Organized, efficient, and able to remain composed in a busy environment
* Comfortable using computer systems and point‑of‑sale software
* Experienced in cash handling
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Detail‑oriented, with experience in stock control or ordering highly regarded
* In possession of a current, unrestricted driver’s license
* Familiarity with small animals or livestock is advantageous.
