This role acts as a strategic bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution to drive distributor and customer partnerships.
The Channel/Customer Success Manager will provide tools, training, resources, and strategic guidance to maximise performance and revenue growth by developing comprehensive onboarding programs for distributors and customers. This includes creating and maintaining training materials, product guides, and sales enablement content.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver onboarding programs for distributors and customers
* Create and maintain training materials and sales enablement content
* Conduct regular training sessions and webinars to keep stakeholders informed and skilled
* Monitor distributor and customer performance metrics and KPIs
* Identify gaps and opportunities through data analysis and feedback
* Collaborate with distributors and customers to develop action plans for growth
* Provide distributors with sales tools, marketing collateral, and competitive insights
* Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all distributor channels
* Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries and support
* Foster strong relationships through regular communication and strategic planning
* Advocate for distributor and customer needs internally to improve processes and offerings
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Account Management teams to align strategies
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of resources and support
Requirements:
* Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 3 years experience in business development, training, channel management, or partner management
* Proven track record of achieving business outcomes and managing partner relationships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across regions
* Familiarity with CRM and partner management platforms
* Knowledge of business operations and terminology
* Training certifications (e.g., TAFE, Cert IV in Training and Assessment)
