Based in Welshpool, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our small team. This is a full-time role. As a Warehouse Storeperson / Customer Service, you will:
* Interact with customers and process their Sales/Parts Order.
* Monitor freight delivery of incoming outgoing stock shipments
* Process Technician stock requests.
* Liaise with local suppliers regarding stock orders.
* Build kits as required.
* Pick & pack outward parts and kit orders.
* Receipt of inward goods & store them in the correct location.
Skills & Experience Needed:
* Working in Transport and Logistics environment preferable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Inventory Management Software and data entry skills
* Knowledge with working warehouse machinery and parts.
* Good organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask.
* Work efficiently in a team and with limited supervision.
* Flexibility in work hours.
* Good communication, language and literacy skills.
* Good customer service skills - Telephone, Email and Walk-ins.
* High attention to details.
