About Your New Role
As the Data Entry Officer, you will support the Property Operations team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining key information across leases, invoices, and property documentation. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners including landlords and agents to ensure all records are accurate and up to date. This role is highly detail-focused, with a strong emphasis on data entry, documentation accuracy, and property administration support .
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately enter and update property information, lease details, and site data in internal systems
* Process incoming rent and outgoing invoices into the database
* Maintain digital records and ensure all documentation is stored correctly
* Review data for errors and inconsistencies, resolving issues as needed
* Update payment details, lease variations, and property changes as required
* Assist with reconciliations by entering supporting data and verifying information
* Monitor and respond to property administration inbox queries
* Support the property administration team with general data entry and documentation tasks
