Role
We're on the hunt for a dynamic, motivated People & Culture Business Partner to join our high-energy team. This is your chance to step into a fast-paced, high-volume frontline P&C role that makes a real difference.
What You'll Be Doing
* You'll be the go-to P&C Business Partner for leaders across the North East Region, helping them lift capability, drive performance, and navigate all things people.
* Deliver sharp, strategic HR advice and support that builds leadership confidence.
* Provide end-to-end HR services that enhance business performance and employee engagement.
* Offer solutions that smooth the bumps in change management and workplace culture.
* Provide real-time, practical coaching that supports People Leaders through complex people matters.
You'll Bring
* A strong client service mindset and the confidence to consult, challenge, and influence.
* Solid experience handling complex and sensitive people issues with care and clarity.
* Know-how across workplace legislation, enterprise agreements, and award interpretation.
* A knack for building strong relationships and collaborating across teams.
* Resilience, positivity, and a bias for action – you get things done.

You've Got
* A degree in HR, Business, or a related field – postgrad a bonus.
* 3+ years minimum HR experience at an Administration, Advisory or Generalist level.
* Keenness to progress, learn, get involved and get your hands dirty.
