About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Loan Processor / Broker Admin to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to build skills in the finance industry. Prior mortgage broking experience is not required, training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Preparing and managing loan files from application through to settlement
 * Collecting, verifying, and uploading client documentation
 * Liaising with lenders, conveyancers, and clients to progress applications
 * Managing compliance checks and record keeping
 * Responding to client calls and emails
 * General office administration and organisation
This role is focused on administration and loan processing support, but offers plenty of opportunity to grow your knowledge of the mortgage industry in a supportive environment.
