ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As a Casual Retail Assistant at our Shoe Warehouse Spencer Street Docklands store, you'll deliver outstanding customer service by helping customers find the perfect footwear, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting daily operations such as restocking shelves, processing sales, and handling returns.
You’ll work in a quick-paced, team-focused environment with a strong emphasis on product knowledge, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Help customers find suitable styles, sizes, and fits
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays are neat and well-stocked
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups
ABOUT YOU
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
- Passionate about footwear and retail fashion
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability (weekends, late nights, holidays)
