Main duties of the job
We seek a candidate with deep understanding of workforce systems, service delivery, and optimisation within complex organisations. Leadership, stakeholder influence, and project management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and data analysis capabilities.
Accountabilities include:
* Optimising the current workforce solution across NHS organisations
* Conducting annual assessments to identify optimisation opportunities
* Maintaining technical and functional knowledge of ESR to influence stakeholders
* Supporting the development of the Readiness and Implementation team
* Delivering support to organisations to overcome barriers and secure senior leadership buy-in
