This role is to join a highly skilled multidisciplinary team in Albury, NSW as a Rehabilitation Consultant. You will receive tools, support and training to succeed in your career within a collaborative, supportive and dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities
- Case management with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
- Apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees
- Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Work across schemes such as workers compensation, CTP, life insurance, Comcare, DVA, and employer-funded programs
- Support clients to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes
- Conduct initial, worksite and vocational assessments to support return-to-health, return-to-work goals
- Provide injury prevention and health education, with potential future training in complex assessments (e.g., Psychological Functional Capacity Evaluations, Facilitated Discussions)
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling
- Full ASORC Membership
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders
- Compassion, kindness, empathy
- Effective time management and organization
- Current VIC Driver’s License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
