Operating from a modern office in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, they are seeking two Business Development Managers to grow their client base in Melbourne's western and northern regions.
Job Description
Deliver excellent customer service for both incoming waste and outgoing product transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to support new business development.
Source and secure new customers to grow the client base and strengthen brand presence.
Capture and share material import/export solutions to ensure operational efficiency.
Manage supplier relationships to achieve optimal financial outcomes.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets aligned with budget expectations.
The Successful Applicant
Experienced salesperson with strong commercial acumen
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Skilled in sourcing and securing new business opportunities
Strong account management skills to grow and retain existing clients
Highly energetic, proactive, and adaptable with a "hunter" mindset
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Quick thinker with problem-solving skills and solution-focused approach
Applicants must hold unrestricted permanent work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
