The responsibilities of this position are to support the General Manager in maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, customer service standards and team spirit.
What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of Craft Beer, Wine & Spirits.
- Previous high volume casual dining experience preferred.
- Bar, Cocktail and Barista knowledge.
- Be available to work weekdays & weekends on a rotating roster as per business needs.
- Be passionate about hospitality.
- Strong understating of POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to supervise, train, lead and motivate staff.
- Ensuring staff are well trained and informed about menus.
- Have excellent presentation and attention to detail.
- Have a current RSA.
