Essential Requirements
* 3+ years experience as a Venue Manager
* Ability to analyze and report venue performance regularly
* Presence on the floor during peak times, including late nights and weekends
* Understanding of P&L statements and financial analysis
* Ability to generate revenue ideas across all business areas
* Experience in rostering for front-of-house and back-of-house teams
* Stocktaking and loss investigation skills
* Order management and stock level maintenance
* Staff training, performance management, and motivation
* Collaborate with Marketing to develop revenue strategies and promotions
