About the role
The Operations Scheduler is a key contributor to the implementation of the CiAnywhere Works and Assets module, helping embed best practice scheduling, data-driven planning and performance reporting across multiple operational teams.
The role will directly influence:
* Service reliability and response times.
* Resource efficiency and budget outcomes.
* Safer, smarter and more sustainable operations.
What you'll bring to the role
The ideal candidate will align with the City's values and be able to demonstrate the following competencies, in addition to a relevant Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience):
* Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination within local government, utilities, or construction sectors.
* Experience working within a scheduling system or similar.
* Knowledge of local government operations, asset management, and WHS requirements.
Pre-employment requirements
* Current C Class Driver's Licence.
* National Police Clearance (less than six months old).
* Proof of right to work in Australia.
* WHS White Card.
* Pre-employment medical (arranged and paid for by the City).
