In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and handyperson services to support our valued clients across the region. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will use your diverse skillset to complete a range of essential property upkeep tasks.
What you'll be doing
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Person to help maintain residential/commercial properties to a high standard.
Duties include:
* General cleaning of properties and common areas
* Gardening and grounds maintenance (mowing, pruning, weeding, etc.)
* Basic handyman tasks (minor repairs, painting, fixtures, maintenance checks)
* Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
* Ensuring properties are safe, clean, and presentable
Requirements:
* Experience in cleaning, gardening, or handyman work
* Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
* Driver's licence and own tools preferred (but not essential)
* Australian work rights are required for this position

What we're looking for
1. Proven experience in a property maintenance or handyperson role, preferably within the Trades & Services industry
2. Minimum 1-2 years of property maintenance or handyperson experience is required
3. A diverse skillset with the ability to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
4. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
5. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
6. Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
7. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as required
8. A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
9. A current car licence is required for this position
