Your new role:
The Service Desk provides a friendly and efficient single point of contact for all AustralianSuper internal customers. The main aim is to provide high quality first line of service and support for customers, by managing Incidents and Requests from start topletion.
Some key responsibilities but not limited to:
Customer Service and Engagement
4. Provide first-level contact for users via phone, email, Tech portal and Tech Bar(face-to-face)
5. Accurately record all interactions.
6. Primary responsibility for interacting with customers, keeping them up to date with status and progress.
7. Articulate IT-related policies, processes, and standards,
8. Act as the central point of contact,munication, and coordination for all IT services,
9. Provide excellent customer service.
Incident Management
10. Accurately log, classify, triage, and manage the lifecycle of all Incidents that affect IT services provided to customers.
11. Classify and prioritise Incidents.
12. Analyse Incidents to identify service restoration actions to be taken.
13. Diagnose, investigate, and resolve Incidents relating to in-scope IT services as quickly as possible.
14. Escalate Incidents to in-house specialist support or external vendors, according to documented criteria.
15. Detect and log possible Problems.
16. Monitor the status and progress toward resolution of assigned Incidents, liaising between customers, other areas of Technology Services and external vendors.
Service Request Fulfilment
17. Accurately log, classify, triage, and manage the lifecycle of all Service Requests that affect IT services provided to customers.
18. Fulfil Service Requests based on documented procedures.
19. Monitor the status and progress toward fulfilment of assigned Service Requests, liaising between customers, other areas of Technology Services and external vendors.
Record Keeping, Knowledgebase and Configuration Management
20. Update and maintain accurate records in the service desk software.
21. Update the configuration database (CMDB) as an integral and ongoing part of dealing with Incidents and Service Requests.
22. Update and refine documented processes and procedures as part of ongoing continuous improvement.
23. Accurately document Incident and Service Request resolutions and add to the Knowledgebase.
What you'll need:
24. 2+ years IT service desk experience or Customer Service Oriented role
25. Knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change Management.
26. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
27. Technical knowledge, understanding and ability to troubleshoot user-facing aspects of:
28. Windows desktop environment and Microsoft Office 365
29. Microsoft Active Directory
30. Azure AD
31. Microsoft Exchange
32. Microsoft Teams
33. Citrix
34. IP telephony and video conferencing
35. Basic networking and IT security
36. Mobile device management
37. Wide range of business applications
