Key Responsibilities
* Manage Front Office operations to ensure efficient guest interactions and exceptional service delivery
* Implement and drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency
* Develop and maintain effective rostering schedules that meet business needs and optimize staff utilization
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and coach team members to achieve exceptional results
* Manage daily hotel inventory, monitor room availability, and implement upselling initiatives to drive revenue growth
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry, guest stay management, and entitlement processing
* Provide administration support, including delivering key information to relevant departments regarding special events and group movements
* Effectively manage guest complaints and escalate issues as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction
* Perform concierge duties and provide exceptional guest experiences
* Manage emergency situations and respond promptly to medical emergencies
* Conduct regular security inspections of the hotel premises
* Lead handover meetings to ensure continuity of service and resolve any outstanding issues
* Manage staff attendance, leave accruals, and underperformance issues in a fair and professional manner
