Ensuring public safety through surveillance is a critical task for CCTV operators. They play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring CCTV networks and responding promptly to emergencies.
In this position, you will be responsible for operating CCTV systems, communicating effectively with internal and external partners, and creating a sense of security among the public.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in operating CCTV systems and exhibit strong multitasking abilities, as they will need to handle dynamic situations and respond to enquiries efficiently.
This is a full-time role requiring a 35-hour workweek over a rotating shift pattern covering early, late, and night shifts over a 7-day period. Unsociable shift allowance applies.
Standard disclosure checks and enhanced police vetting checks are mandatory for applicants, which can take up to 8 weeks to complete.
