Position Title: Clinical Nurse - Mental Health

Responsibilities
- As part of a multidisciplinary team, provide clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence-based nursing care is delivered to patients.
- Practice within the scope of the Clinical Nurse role considering the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart, and facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care.
- The Home Treatment Team (HTT) conducts triaging and assessment of mental health referrals to the HTT and provides recovery-focused care coordination for a maximum of 14 days per client.
