* Responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for landlords, managing property maintenance and repairs, and taking ownership of conflict resolution between landlords and tenants.
* Additionally, you will lead your in-office team, ensuring efficient workflow and team performance.
About You:
* Required skills and qualifications include experience as a Senior Property Manager or Team Leader, QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence, and strong communication and leadership skills.
* A mature and professional approach is essential, along with a genuine desire to deliver excellence in property management.
