**Department Manager**

With a roster that enables you to have a FULL weekend off every second week. A nice mix of early starts with an early finish and a few late starts with closes in the mix, you can book your brunch catch ups, gym sessions, personal maintenance, or drop/pick up the kiddies and have a routine.
You will need to thrive on your team's development and ongoing coaching to reach their full potential. This is a 'hands on' role, so you must love creating an inclusive culture and have a strong team retention in your current/previous roles.

- Great customer service, relationship building skills
- Must have a "can do" positive approach to all situations, where looking for a motivating leadership style
