About the Role
As Service Manager, you will:
Lead and mentor a team delivering person-centred care.
Oversee service delivery, including staffing, quality, risk, and budgeting.
Foster a culture of growth, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with health professionals to promote holistic care.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in coaching and developing staff teams
Strong resource management and stakeholder engagement skills
High integrity, reliability, and time management
Understanding of SDA and concierge service models (desirable)
Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Allied Health (desirable)
