We are now seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team in our Sydney Flagship Store, Strand Arcade, to success and redefine luxury shopping experiences.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Assist in leading the retail and service teams to financial success through exceptional service.
* Create a client‐centric culture by personally developing and maintaining client relationships.
* Opportunity to manage, grow and develop your own store with the support of the Store Manager
* Assist in creating a positive, motivating environment through effective communication & exceptional people management.
* Ensure the team is always prepared and updated on SARAH & SEBASTIAN information, product knowledge, local market updates, policies and procedure and roll out training where necessary.
* Opportunity to manage and run a client service - SOLDERED
* Act as a brand ambassador at all times, ensuring that the SARAH & SEBASTIAN visual displays & team behaviour is in accordance with company guidelines and brand ethos.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
* Experience in Assistant Manager role with a premium or luxury retail store.
* Ability to drive sales, a genuine love for building relationships & organisational skills that are second to none.
* Reliability, exceptional attention to detail, a natural leader who influences & inspires others around them.
* Proven track record of people management & team building
