The Role Experienced Pick Packers Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack products based on order specifications. Conducting quality checks to ensure all orders meet standards. Organizing and maintaining the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe work environment. Assisting with stock control, inventory counts, and re-stocking when required. Following all safety protocols and company policies. Skills & Experience Available and unrestricted to work up to 38 hours per week, is required. Prior experience in warehousing or pick/packing is essential. Familiarity with RF scanning or voice-directed picking is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to repetitively lift and move packages up to 15kg. Ability to continuously hit picking and packing rates. A good attitude and willingness to learn.
