Key Responsibilities:
* Work under the guidance and instruction of senior engineers.
* Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team of geotechnical engineers, engineering geologists, environmental scientists, and sub-consultants at a national level.
* Implement all company and project-specific health and safety requirements.
* Undertake a variety of geotechnical fieldwork tasks commensurate with your role requirements, experience level, and business needs.
* Conduct site investigations, including drilling, sampling, and testing of soils and rocks.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Understand, uphold, and communicate D&N's Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management system.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
* A degree in Earth Science, Civil Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering.
* Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
* A passion for fieldwork and a commitment to health and safety.
* A willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Australian working rights or a clear pathway to obtaining them.
