We're looking for a practical, caring Home Maintenance & Modifications Team Leader to support our clients through small maintenance jobs and minor safety modifications — while also coordinating and supervising a small team of gardeners and maintenance workers.
This is a full-time role combining hands-on work in the field with office-based planning and administration.

* Allocate jobs, coordinate daily schedules, and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
* Provide guidance, mentoring, and hands-on assistance when needed.
* Monitor workloads, priorities, and client requests.
* Ensure safe work practices are followed, including use of PPE and correct manual handling.
Office & Admin Responsibilities
* Complete job documentation, reporting, and basic admin tasks.
* Communicate with internal staff regarding job requests, scheduling, and outcomes.
* Record and follow up on maintenance concerns or larger repair needs.

* Experience working with seniors or in aged-care/home-support environments (highly regarded).
