Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Team Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection and purchases. This role requires strong computer skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
* Provide excellent customer service by offering assistance with product selection and purchases.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, merchandising products, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 20kg and standing for extended periods.
* Support daily operations including till closures and stock takes.
