* Sourcing accommodation solutions for workers, facilitating a smooth transition into the local community.

* Pursue new host employers and leverage networking skills to expand our client base.

* Conduct inductions of workers to Australia and the local work environment in partnership with clients.
">
* Provide ongoing support and assistance to Seasonal Worker Program participants, addressing any challenges they may face.
">
* Leverage leadership skills to guide a worker liaison officer who addresses worker welfare and needs.
">
* Support visiting workers in integrating into the local community and understanding local laws and customs.
">
* Identify and manage risks associated with labour hire relationships with clients.
">
Role Requirements:

* You will be a resilient individual with strong relationship-building skills, able to develop trust with clients.

* Able to think critically and provide client-centered solutions to complex problems.

* Experience in the labour hire industry is highly regarded, but not essential if you have well-established relationship management skills.
">
* Flexibility is key, as this role requires adaptability with working hours, including some after-hours commitments.

* A valid driver's licence and police check are mandatory for this position.
