Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage engineering staff and day-to-day electrical management activities. Provide expert oversight for power system design and analysis, ensuring high-level technical delivery. Guide and mentor junior and senior engineers through complex designs and technical challenges. Manage overall project execution, including budgetary performance and financial reporting. Develop engineering strategies to secure new markets and contribute to regional business plans. Review technical deliverables and calculations to ensure 100% compliance with ISO 9001 standards. What You Will Bring A degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience. A proven track record of managing technical teams and leading large-scale automation or power projects. Advanced knowledge of power system analysis, PLC, and SCADA systems.
