About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years of management experience who is passionate about delivering quality service and creating memorable customer experiences.
* Lead and manage our front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
* Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, ordering, stock control, and POS system.
* Train and mentor new staff, providing continuous support and development to help them excel in their roles.
* Monitor service flow to ensure timely seating and efficient table turnover.
* Work closely with our head chef and bring creative ideas for menu changes and specials.
Requirements
* 2+ years of management experience in a café or restaurant setting.
* Approved Manager's Card and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* Barista training.
* Proven experience with staff training, scheduling, and inventory management.
* Ability to lead by example and foster a positive and motivating team culture.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Flexible availability to work weekends and public holidays.
