Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Anchor Assembly and Installation Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in producing high-quality earth anchor systems, ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery and tools used in the manufacturing and assembly of earth anchor components.
* Perform cutting, assembly, and packaging tasks as required by production plans.
* Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Follow technical instructions to meet daily production targets.
* Perform routine maintenance and checks on production equipment.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
* Monitor and report any issues or defects during the production process.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials and products as needed.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and production machinery.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Physical fitness and the ability to lift/move heavy materials (as required by the role).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
* Familiarity with health and safety practices in a production setting.
