The person maintains an up-to-date and secure inventory of end-user devices and Red Bull Australia’s office IT equipment.Job DescriptionIT TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND COLLABORATIONDelivers professional end-user IT onboarding (leveraging and contributing global standards)Organises and provides day-to-day IT support by diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issuesEnsures timely and effective resolutions, pushing for fast resolutions, including remote functions (service owner, remote service desk)Provides professional and regular IT service communication towards end-usersAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenging technical issues and implement preventive measuresIT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATIONAbility to configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT systemsCoordinate with the IT Manager and Regional IT team to implement system upgrades, patches, and updatesMonitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutionsEND-USER DEVICES AND HARDWAREEnsure an up-to-date and accurate IT asset inventory within Red Bull standards/toolsCoordinate end-user device rollout and device replacement cycles for client computing hardware, including peripherals (e.g., screens, headsets) and mobile devicesManage the RMA process for client computing and/or backend hardware componentsOrganise necessary IT facilities and adhere to Red Bull IT standards for State officesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, with long-term working rights in Australia.Experience in IT support/administration (preferably 1+ year).Customer-focused approach and passionate about technology.
