About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, you will lead the Property and Assets Service Area, overseeing asset lifecycle management, property operations, fleet services and procurement. You will translate organisational priorities into practical delivery, ensuring coordinated, efficient and compliant services across multiple locations.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations—driving performance, managing risk, and shaping infrastructure and asset planning to support regional and remote service delivery.

What You Will Bring

You are a commercially astute and operationally strong leader with experience managing complex asset or property environments. You bring the ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes across geographically dispersed operations while maintaining governance, compliance and stakeholder confidence.

* Extensive experience in asset, property, facilities or fleet management within a complex environment
* Proven leadership of teams and service delivery, including contractor and supplier management
* Strong capability in budgeting, asset lifecycle planning, and operational risk and compliance
* Ability to engage effectively in cross-cultural environments, including working with Aboriginal people and communities

We Offer
* A base salary of $160,000 plus 15% superannuation
* Salary sacrificing up to $15,900 + Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefit up to $2,650 per year.
* Other benefits include:
o Generous leave provisions 5 weeks annual leave, 18 days personal leave;
o Paid Christmas close down;
