The Opportunity Join John Deere as a Dealer Advertising and Events Manager and play a pivotal role in raising brand awareness across Australia & New Zealand. This role ensures dealer alignment and execution of the Dealer Advertising Strategy, optimizes dealer marketing efforts, and maintains consistent brand messaging across all dealer channels. Additionally, you will grow customer connections by leading local events management and support the marketing organization by providing administrative assistance to the marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Dealer Advertising Strategy Development & Execution: · Develop and manage an annual Dealer Advertising Strategy, including the dealer Co-Op Program, to support the aligned Deere/Dealer advertising strategy. · Provide ongoing guidance on approved advertising criteria and financial analysis and liaise with relevant suppliers and stakeholders to execute effectively. · Manage and facilitate a monthly dealer advertising forum, collate feedback from the meeting, share with stakeholders, and follow up to keep stakeholders accountable for delivering outcomes. · Oversee Dealer Advertising Programs on behalf of the dealer channel, such as Search Engine Advertising, Point of Sale, and other similar advertising programs. · Collaborate with dealers to understand their needs and goals and communicate insights to the segment-based Marketing & Communications Specialist. · Foster strong relationships with dealers to support their advertising efforts and act as a liaison between the marketing team and dealers to ensure seamless communication. Management of Dealer Advertising Tools: · Responsible for dealer advertising tools like Adzone, Co-Op Portal, Print on Demand, Point of Sale Programs, and dealer advertising calendar, bulletin, and webinar content. · Project manage with external parties to ensure all enhancements are captured, prioritized, and executed. Brand Consistency: · Ensure all dealer advertising aligns with the company's brand guidelines and messaging. · Provide training and resources to dealers for maintaining brand consistency. · Act as a Level 2 back-up for social media content publishing. Budget Management of Dealer Co-Op: · Develop and manage advertising budgets for dealer Co-Op. · Monitor expenditures and ensure campaigns stay within budget. Events Management: · Support segment marketing teams with events management for key marketing events, such as conferences, product launches, and customer trips. · Serve as the contact point between travel agents, event management suppliers, and John Deere. Administration: · Manage advertising teams' processes for Dealer M&A changes. · Manage and reconcile advertising budgets. · Provide marketing support for operational processes such as uploading content to YouTube, supporting events, and key marketing communications meetings. About you: What Skills You Need · Good understanding of advertising principles and strategies. · Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms. · Experienced in Marketing, Communications, and Advertising. · Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. · Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. · Effective team player and cross-team collaborator. · Experienced in leading change across the dealer network. · Adept at delivering messages to customers.
