You'll be our front-line expert, a key player in ensuring our clients' IT infrastructure runs seamlessly. This role is perfect for a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of diagnosing and fixing a variety of technical issues directly at the client's location.
What You'll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for on-site IT support, resolving issues from hardware failures to network outages.
- Install, configure, and maintain a range of IT equipment.
- Perform expert-level troubleshooting on operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Manage routine maintenance and system upgrades.
- Work collaboratively with our internal teams to tackle complex challenges.
- Maintain meticulous records of your work in our ticketing system.
- Provide security guidance to clients, helping them protect their data.
What You'll Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in a field technician or IT support capacity.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot a variety of operating systems and hardware.
- Experience with network configurations (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to travel and work occasional after-hours shifts.
- Bonus Points: Experience in an MSP environment or relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kg of equipment.
